Would provide oversight to transformation and process excellence teams & initiatives across 7 lines of business, 80 sub processes & 5300 colleagues

Role Would Be Responsible For

  • Own and drive the change acceleration effort to advance the saves from later years.
  • Focus on the AI use case and will own it end to end from requirement to deployment. There will be a team of business analysts and process reengineering specialists working for this director
  • This group will have visibility across BUK operations and hence will be able to drive consistency and adoption well
  • There would be a similar dedicated person in technology – 'two in a box'
  • Governance of the BAU change effort
