POSITION DESCRIPTION: 

Qcells is seeking a Director within its Project Finance - Portfolio Transactions team to lead the execution of asset and portfolio sales into Qcells’ arm's-length AssetCo joint-venture vehicles. This role will serve as the senior day-to-day transaction lead across multiple active deals, with primary responsibility for driving commercial execution, diligence coordination, issue resolution, and closing discipline with Qcells’ JV counterparties.

Qcells DE utilizes an AssetCo JV model in which the business advances projects through development and pre-construction, then monetizes those assets through sales or contributions into joint venture vehicles alongside tax equity investors, debt providers, and private capital partners.
