About the role:

The Director—Policy Management leads BMO’s enterprise policy management program, ensuring policy governance is effective, efficient, and aligned with regulatory and business needs. This role is accountable for leading the program that stewards the full lifecycle of policy documents, including development, review, approval, implementation, enforcement, and ongoing maintenance, in accordance with the Enterprise Policy Management Policy and Standard.
