Job Description
The Director, PMO – Treasury Systems & Transformation is a strategic leadership role responsible for designing, establishing, and leading a professional Project Management Office that underpins the successful delivery of enterprise‑level programs supporting Treasury Operations. As part of the Treasury Systems & Transformation team, this role will oversee a diverse portfolio of large‑scale modernization, systems, and process‑transformation initiatives, ensuring they are executed with discipline, transparency, and a focus on measurable business outcomes.
This leader will build and mature PMO capabilities, develop project management best practices, coach and mentor project managers, and proactively influence senior stakeholders across Treasury, Technology, Operations, and Risk.
