Job Description
Reporting to Executive Leadership, you will:
- Define and lead the strategic vision of the PMO, setting frameworks, tools, KPIs, and standards across projects
- Oversee all ongoing projects, ensuring on-time, within-budget, and scope-aligned delivery with full lifecycle tracking
- Lead and mentor a team of project managers, driving performance, capability development, and project consistency
- Enable collaboration between engineering, sales, and operational stakeholders to align project execution with business outcomes
