As Director Organization Development & People Projects , you will play a key role in developing future‑fit organizations across the company. You will lead complex and business‑critical People, organizational, and transformation initiatives across countries, companies, and functions. The role reports to the Senior Vice President HSE & Organization Development and works closely with executive management, People, IT, and other corporate functions.
