The Director of Operations reports to the General Manager and is responsible for managing day‑to‑day operations and core functions to achieve and maintain operational excellence.

• Guarantee production, delivery in full, on time and in specifications required by customers at the most cost‑effective level.
• Define operational financial goals.
• Develop and execute operational programs in line with strategic plans and annual operating goals.
• Set and communicate Business Unit goals and assignments.
