Director, Operational Resilience
The Director is a team leader within the Financial Crimes Unit, responsible for maintaining and maturing BMO’s Operational Resilience Program. The role works closely with stakeholders across first and second lines to ensure the business can continue to operate effectively during incidents and meet relevant operational resilience targets. The Director also manages reporting capabilities, guidelines, controls, and compliance monitoring against internal frameworks.
