Director Operational Resilience

Overview

The Director, Operational Resilience, will lead a team that maintains and matures BMO’s Operational Resilience Program. Working across first and second lines, they will ensure the business continues to operate effectively through any incident and meets relevant resilience targets. The role involves managing reporting capabilities, guidelines, and controls to assess compliance with internal operational resilience frameworks, policies, and standards, while continuously improving the organization’s resilience posture.
