Director, Office of Quality and Group Policy

The Opportunity

Monash University is seeking an accomplished and strategic leader to step into the role of Director, Office of Quality and Group Policy. Reporting to the Executive Director, Governance, Risk and Policy and University Secretary, you will lead an integrated approach to institutional quality and policy across the Monash Group. In this high-impact position, you will ensure that governance and operational arrangements remain rigorously aligned with the Higher Education Standards Framework (Threshold Standards). As the primary contact for TEQSA, you will expertly manage that key relationship, be accountable for meeting the relevant regulatory requirements, and provide expert, evidence-based advice to the senior executive and Council, ensuring compliance while enhancing institutional capability.
