Director of Technology

The Director of Technology will influence the overall direction of Compassion Canada’s technology and AI portfolio, advancing digital maturity, stewarding ethical and secure AI adoption, and helping drive the organization forward in its mission to release children from poverty in Jesus’ name.

This role leads Compassion Canada’s Information Technology and Digital Design and Development teams to ensure our CRM, martech, infrastructure and emerging AI capabilities support our mission to provide thrilling, neighbour centric experiences. The Director of Technology will guide both architectural and integrative aspects. This includes driving efficiency in internal processes, adopting responsible AI tools that enhance mission impact, and ensuring systems, data, and AI usage align with Compassion’s Christ centred, child focused, and church driven values.
