A strategic leadership position overseeing €200M revenue portfolio with aggressive growth targets. This executive role combines P&L responsibility with technology vision to drive product innovation across our enterprise solutions portfolio. The ideal candidate will lead a substantial team (5 direct reports, ~110 indirect) while maintaining hands-on involvement in strategic customer relationships.
