Headhunters is seeking a seasoned Senior Operations Manager for our security, telecom, maintenance or copier portfolio in South Africa. You will lead a workforce of 30+ technicians and administrators, drive service delivery, profitability, and digital transformation initiatives.

You will shape technical strategy, manage budgets, optimise scheduling, and build strong client relationships while mentoring leaders and improving SLA performance across the Atlas footprint.
