Role Overview

Director of Software Engineering (Menara Skymind office, reporting directly to VP of Product, Tech & Strategy)

You will lead our engineering organization, manage a team of 6 engineers plus outsourced resources, oversee core technology platforms, drive AI initiatives, strengthen platform fundamentals, and ensure the highest standards of customer experience and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute software engineering strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead AI initiatives to enhance research delivery, data analytics, and customer‑facing capabilities.
• Drive continuous improvement in customer experience across all platforms.
• Strengthen platform security, integration, and technical infrastructure.
• Oversee development of the Omdia Customer Platform, APIs, data visualization tools, and survey platform.
