About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned and strategic Director – Professional Services to lead end-to-end delivery, solutioning, and customer success for our global pharmaceutical clients. This is a critical leadership role that requires a proven track record in IT services organizations managing large-scale professional services, implementation, and custom project delivery.


The ideal candidate must currently be working in a services company in a Professional Services (PS) , Delivery Head , or Engagement Management capacity. A strong background in the data domain , with hands-on technical and delivery experience, is essential.
