Director of Sales

Our client is an independent 5-star luxury boutique resort located in the heart of Seminyak. They are seeking an experienced Director of Sales to lead the property's sales strategy, drive revenue growth across key market segments (especially the USA & Europe markets), and strengthen the resort's position within the luxury hospitality market.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Director of Sales or in a senior sales leadership role within a 5-star luxury hotel or resort.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Solid track record of achieving yearly sales KPI in an internationally recognised luxury hospitality brand. 
  
• Extensive knowledge of the luxury travel market, including leisure, wholesale, corporate, MICE, and travel trade segments.
