Role Description The Director of Sales – Goa is a full-time, on-site role based at our resort in Goa, responsible for leading the sales strategy and revenue growth for Hard Rock Hotel Goa. This role oversees the sales team, sets targets, and manages key accounts across corporate, leisure, and group segments, ensuring strong market penetration and brand positioning. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing sales plans, driving business development initiatives, monitoring performance metrics, and collaborating with operations, marketing, and revenue management to align commercial objectives. The Director of Sales will build and maintain client relationships, represent the hotel at industry events, negotiate contracts and rate agreements, and ensure exceptional customer service standards throughout the sales process.
