Director of Payroll Systems & Modernization

Walmart is seeking a Director of Software Engineering – Payroll to lead the design, execution, and modernization of its enterprise payroll ecosystem. You will oversee payroll for 1.6 million associates across the U.S., Puerto Rico, and Canada, driving compliance and system integrity.

You will guide modernization from INFOR mainframes to SAP and cloud-native architectures, owning payroll strategy and cross-functional alignment with HR and finance.
