The Director, of Operations will be a part of the facility leadership team and will develop a fabrications operational strategy that aligns with business strategy to improve factory safety, quality, and productivity. The facility is a 750,000 square foot facility with over 1600 employees

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, business or other related major

10 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment with a proven track record of increasing responsibility

Significant experience in operations, manufacturing complex products through vertically integrated fabrication processes. including maintenance software and implementations
