Scope of the Role


The Director of Marketing for Ecuador will be responsible for driving tactical marketing execution aligned with business goals, ensuring strong brand equity, market penetration, and digital engagement. This leader will manage end-to-end marketing operations, leverage data to inform decision-making, and provide country-specific insights to influence regional plans. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional and corporate teams, including Brand Executive Directors, Digital, Merchandising, and local agencies.

This is a high-impact role for a visionary leader with a deep understanding of the Ecuadorian market, who can bridge internal performance metrics with external competitiveness to generate value and customer pull across channels.
