We are seeking a highly skilled Director of IT & Systems Development who will play a dual role as both a technical leader and a hands-on contributor. This position requires an individual who can drive strategy while actively engaging in design, development, and troubleshooting alongside engineering teams. You will partner closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality technology solutions aligned with business objectives.
