Director of Hardware Platforms (Emulation, FPGA)

The role

Our GPU & AI Hardware, Software and Assurance teams rely on a variety of platforms – simulation, emulation, FPGA, prototyping boards, and consumer devices - to run their workloads and do their work. We are looking for a hands-on technical leader who can help set a technical direction for our platforms team, collaborate with our automation teams, and ensure we’re providing toolflows that delight our engineering customers.

We are building a new “designed for AI” automation system that uses AI, ML and algorithms to relentlessly optimise the workloads we execute across our on-prem and cloud compute resources. This automation systems will enable our teams to schedule and trigger benchmarks and workloads on versions of our IP, to run across a variety of platforms, then view real-time data and insight via a data platform and algorithms.
