***Skills & Competencies*** • Financial leadership: budgeting, ROI, forecasting, variance analysis. • Hotel accounting expertise: AP/AR, credit, payroll, cash controls, internal audit.• Operational collaboration: partner with Rooms, F&B, Sales, and Operations teams. • Strong regulatory knowledge: ESA, OHSA, WHMIS, payroll standards, government record keeping and reporting requirements. • Analytical & communication skills: strong math, reporting, written and verbal communication. Strong Leadership and interpersonal skills. ***Qualifications*** • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
