**SKILLED NURSING, BEHAVIORAL HEALTH HOSPITAL AND RESIDENTIAL SERVICES CAMPUS**
Under the direction of the Administrator and Executive Director of Masonicare Behavioral Health Hospital, the Director of Facilities oversees the maintenance department and Power House. Responsible for planning, organizing, and directing all physical plant functions. Ensures compliance and readiness with all pertinent regulatory and emergency preparedness requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Assumes the overall responsibility for facilities department at the Masonicare Health Center. Establishes performance goals, allocates resources, and reviews policies/procedures in order to ensure departmental effectiveness.
