  • Coordinating with the client and other stakeholders to define and optimize project scope, objectives, and requirements

  • Build and mentor a high-performing team of project managers, engineers, and technical specialists.

  • Establish long-term roadmap for engineering equipment delivery capability, infrastructure, and processes.

  • Oversee the planning and delivery of multiple concurrent technical equipment projects.

  • Own project governance, risk management, schedule development, and resource allocation.
