Job Description

We are looking

for Director of Engineering with qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in mechanical, electrical, civil Engineering, or a related discipline; professional engineering certification is an advantage.

  • Minimum 810 years of engineering experience, including at least 35 years in a senior leadership role within the hospitality industry.

  • Proven experience managing hotel engineering operations, including preventive maintenance, capital projects, and building services; luxury hotel experience is preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire & life safety systems, and building management systems.

  • Sound understanding of local building regulations, occupational health & safety, environmental, and statutory compliance requirements.

  • Experience in budgeting, cost control, energy management, and capital expenditure planning.
