Director of Engineering (Fiber Design)

Tillman FiberCo is building a 100% fiber network to support the next generation of broadband services. We have an incredible opportunity for the Director of Engineering, who will report directly to the Chief Network Officer.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of all Engineering management activities to ensure effectiveness of end-to-end delivery in terms of timelines, budgets, and quality of build.
• Responsible for managing and ensuring all internal/external market Engineering teams deliver weekly/monthly HHP production commitments.
• Design fiber outside plant networks and ensure that designs and deployments are in accordance with company policy and industry standards (FTTH, fiber access networks, and fiber backbone networks)
