Director of Development & Transformation

A senior leadership opportunity has arisen for an experienced transformation professional to shape the future of sustainability and circular economy delivery across London. Offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract, this role will lead a major environmental transformation portfolio spanning multiple local authority partners, with responsibility for delivering innovation, decarbonisation and service reform at scale.

The post holder will oversee organisational development, net zero delivery, data and insight capability, and the expansion of circular economy initiatives, working closely with senior stakeholders to design and implement system-wide change. The position requires a strategic leader who can bridge policy and delivery, influence at executive level, and secure measurable outcomes for both residents and partner organisations.
