This leadership role offers the opportunity to drive AI-enhanced workflows, manage global vendor partnerships, and lead a high-performing team across North America and beyond. Responsibilities:

  • Lead operations for legal content in the secondary law domain.
  • Enhance workflows using AI and emerging technologies.
  • Apply analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau) for insights and decision-making.
  • Collaborate across time zones, primarily US-based, with occasional coordination in Asia.
  • Travel to vendor and team locations as needed.
  • Deliver clear, strategic presentations to senior stakeholders.
  • Manage budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships.
