Director of Content Operations and Production

A high-growth digital health and wellbeing platform is hiring a Director of Content Operations and Production to own and scale a multi-format content production engine across video, events, written content, and AI-enhanced media. This is an operations-led leadership role for someone who can build a tiered production model, run production in Jira, and improve speed, quality, and cost efficiency at scale.

What you’ll do:

• Own end-to-end content production delivery across formats with clear standards and predictable output
• Design and operate a tiered production model (premium, standard, lightweight or AI-assisted)
• Set quality benchmarks and review checkpoints for each tier
• Build, implement, and continuously improve workflows that reduce friction, cost, and manual effort
