Director of Cloud

A growing global technology organisation is seeking a Director of Cloud to lead and scale its international cloud engineering function.

This is a senior leadership role combining strategic ownership, architectural authority, and strong people leadership, while remaining hands-on at a high-level architectural and decision-making layer.

The Director of Cloud will be responsible for the design, scalability, reliability, security, and cost efficiency of enterprise cloud platforms that support both established products and future cloud-native initiatives.

Although this role is not focused on day-to-day execution, it requires deep expertise in cloud architecture and the ability to step into complex technical decisions when required.

The position oversees cloud engineering teams across EMEA, the Americas, and APAC and plays a key role in the organisation’s global cloud scale-up journey.
