Director of Civil Engineering

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned operational segment of Engineering by directing, developing, communicating, and implementing the company's direction and strategic goals.
• Contribute to business development and marketing internally to the company's employees as well as externally to the clients.
• Monitor and support the pursuit of viable opportunities by supplying the resources and training necessary to assess, screen, and prioritize opportunities to optimize utilization of resources.
• Identify market trends, applications for existing and new technologies, and communicate best practices throughout the company as assigned.
• Set technical standards and procedures for a group of engineers and designers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture from an ABET accredited college or university, or approved equivalent...
