Job Description
Comrise is seeking a results-driven and strategic Business Development Director to expand Comrise’s presence in the US market. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients, developing long-term partnerships, and promoting our outsourcing solutions, including RPO, BPO, and staffing services.
The ideal candidate has a strong track record in selling outsourcing services within the US market and possesses deep knowledge of client acquisition, consultative selling, and solution-based engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across the US market, focusing on outsourcing solutions (RPO, BPO, IT staffing, and managed services)
