Director of Business Development

Our client located in Oakville, ON is a national organization seeking a Director of Business Development to join their team. The Business Development Director will be a key player in driving the growth of the producer responsibility organization (PRO) services and compliance business, with a focus on Ontario. Reporting to the Vice President, this role is responsible for developing sales and growth strategies, executing business development plans, and fostering strong relationships with clients and partners.

Responsibilities include developing new areas of the business, contributing to revenue growth, creating business development plans for all regulated programs, managing relationships with industry sectors, setting up and training staff on the use of a CRM system, and networking with industry contacts to gather insights.
