The Director, Retail Loss Forecasting Models is mandated to lead transformative changes in the North American Retail Risk area, delivering innovative, high‑quality models and analytics to drive business decisions and risk management.

The incumbent will manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle of retail loss forecasting models, work cross‑functionally with stakeholders, and lead a team of modelers applying advanced mathematical and statistical techniques.

Key Accountabilities

• Lead strategic initiatives and transformative changes for the North American Non‑Regulatory Risk Models area.


• Identify process and efficiency improvement opportunities in the end‑to‑end model lifecycle and develop action plans to execute improvements.


• Develop, evolve, implement, and monitor model lifecycle‑related metrics to ensure high‑quality and efficient model processes.
