Job Purpose

Build learning-in-the-flow-of-work systems that accelerate workforce performance and enable business transformation across APJC. Translate strategic priorities, organizational shifts, and capability gaps into scalable learning and performance solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. Lead the design and deployment of integrated learning experiences that connect skills to real work, enabling teams to outlearn, adapt, and outperform in a rapidly evolving business environment.

Scope

Regional responsibility for workforce learning strategy, design, and deployment across APJC (30% global design / 70% regional execution). Translate business priorities (growth, cost optimisation, operating model evolution) into capability-building strategies and learning solutions.
