Job Description

You will be responsible for providing strategic direction and operational leadership within the organization. You'll lead a multidisciplinary team, foster collaborative relationships, and drive the implementation of business strategies to achieve objectives

  • Lead and manage operations, ensuring the achievement of business objectives and targets.
  • Deliver the safety, quality, delivery, inventory and productivity for site to ensure customer satisfaction and enable growth.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, suppliers and government agencies.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of managers and employees.
