Job Description
Headquartered in Toronto, the Canada Infrastructure Bank (CIB) is responsible for investing in new infrastructure projects. The CIB's mission is to work with provincial, territorial, municipal, federal, Indigenous and private sector investor partners to transform the way infrastructure is planned, financed and delivered in Canada.
Reporting to the VP, Investment Risk, the Director, Investment Risk will focus on infrastructure and corporate/hybrid project finance investment risk assessment, including revenue risk, availability-based infrastructure financing models and corporate-style financing supporting discrete infrastructure projects. The Director, Investment Risk, is responsible for reviewing transaction documentation and financial models, ensuring robust risk assessments across infrastructure and corporate/hybrid project finance.
