Position Overview

At YORK1, technology plays a critical role in enabling operational excellence across field operations, fleet management, customer service, compliance, reporting, and enterprise growth initiatives.

Reporting to the President & CEO, the Director, Information Technology will lead the modernization and optimization of the organization’s IT workplace while supporting business continuity, operational efficiency, enterprise integrations, and long‑term growth. This role will also play a key leadership function in advancing cybersecurity maturity, ERP transformation initiatives, cloud infrastructure, and technology governance across the organization.
