Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary HR leader for Colombia
  • Adapt broader HR initiatives for Colombia
  • Work with U.S. HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and business leaders
  • Coach leaders on expectations, feedback, and talent decisions
  • Ensure strong adherence to Colombian labor law and internal policies

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Strong knowledge of Colombian labor law and HR practice
  • Experience driving change through a merger, acquisition, or major transformation
  • Experience with Workday and HR systems
  • Fluent Spanish and strong English, written and spoken
