Job Description
The HR Director serves as a strategic partner to Operations, Manufacturing Excellence, and APS in the Americas. Translates business priorities into a people strategy that enables safe, reliable, high-quality, cost-effective performance and accelerates transformation in productivity, capability, culture, and organizational effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Leadership: Partner with Operations leaders to align talent and workforce strategies with business priorities, leveraging data, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Talent & Leadership Development: Build succession pipelines, strengthen leadership capability, coach senior leaders, and drive upskilling, reskilling, and talent readiness across Operations.
