OhioX seeks a Director to lead the histocompatibility laboratory operations within the transplant center. You will ensure regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and development of clinical protocols while budgeting and managing staff.

Collaborating with physicians and leaders, you will drive safety, testing standards and service quality across a 24/7 lab supporting multiple campuses and national organizations.
