Director, GTM Operations & Strategy (EMEA)

The Director of EMEA GTM Strategy and Operations will evolve our strategy and operations capabilities within the region to accelerate Datadog’s next phase of growth. This leader will work closely with regional sales, marketing, sales support, enablement, customer success, and other cross-functional teams to optimize revenue while driving execution for critical GTM programs and processes. Effective collaboration will also be vital with GTM HQ teams to leverage and enhance global systems, tools, programs, processes, and strategies.

In this role (which requires being in our Dublin office at least three days per week), you will plan out and help to achieve EMEA’s long-term growth targets while rapidly scaling operations.
