- Strategic Program Leadership & Execution
- End-to-End Delivery: Accountable for the overall success of the Core Banking Modernization (SOUL Refactoring), ensuring quality, scope, and timeline are met across Technology, Business, and Operations.
- Hollowing out the Core: Lead the strategic execution of the Modernization Roadmap, ensuring a seamless transition from legacy monolithic structures to a modern, modular architecture.
- Coexistence & Migration Strategy: Direct the complex dual-run phase, ensuring that the legacy core and new platform coexist via the Middleware layer without compromising data integrity or system performance.
