We are seeking a visionary, action-oriented leader to oversee the operations of one of our Montreal Group Disability office. This role demands a strong operational leader who can drive innovation, make decisive decisions while delivering operational excellence.
You will play a key role in improving disability performance, enhancing client satisfaction, and building employee accountability, empowerment and engagement - while shaping a best-in-class, future-ready team.
What you will be doing:
Drive Operational Excellence and Innovation
Take ownership of operational performance of approximately 100 employees, ensuring quality, compliance, and timeliness across all disability operations (STD, LTD, ECI)
Make strategic decisions to optimize team capacity while maintaining even workload distribution
