Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Government Relations Lead to spearhead FCC’s strategy across Western Canada, enhancing relationships with federal, provincial, territorial, Indigenous and industry stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of government relations strategies aligned with FCC priorities
Build and sustain strategic relationships with federal, provincial, territorial, Indigenous and industry stakeholders
Advise senior executives on political, public policy, parliamentary and stakeholder issues
Anticipate emerging legislative, regulatory and parliamentary developments that could impact FCC
Lead government relations support for parliamentary affairs, ministerial requests and committee activities
Lead the development of executive briefings, presentations and strategic advice materials
Represent FCC in meetings, consultations and stakeholder forums
