Director, Global Clinical Physician

Overview

The Global Clinical Physician sits within Clinical Development, a global organization dedicated to the effective design and execution of drug development. The role is responsible for providing medical accountability and oversight for clinical trials from Phase1 through Phase3, working collaboratively with cross‑functional teams to ensure patient safety and scientific rigor.

Position Summary / Objective

Serves as a primary source of medical accountability and oversight for clinical trials. Provides matrix‑based management across the internal and external network. Manages Phase1‑Phase3 studies and delivers medical and scientific expertise to BMS colleagues.
