Talent Identification & Acquisition – Identify and sign emerging artists globally. Creative Development & Artist Strategy – Collaborate with producers, songwriters, artists to shape musical vision and mentor artists. Project Management & Oversight – Manage producers, songwriters, budgets, timelines, oversee studio shoots, and ensure efficient project execution. Market Analysis & Industry Trends – Monitor emerging trends, recommend strategic adjustments, and engage on social media. Global Impact & Branding – Execute strategies for global exposure, collaborating with marketing, PR, and other departments. Qualifications & Experience
