– To implement the resolutions and decisions of the Owner;
– Decide on matters related to the company’s business activities;
– Organize the implementation of the company’s business plan and investment plan;
– Represent the company in negotiating and signing economic contracts;
– Represent the company in working with the company’s foreign partners in Canada and Vietnam; Exploit existing relationships to build a customer database of businesses in Canada and Vietnam that want to expand their markets;
– Establish a business bridge between business associations and trade promotion organizations in Canada with partners in Vietnam such as the Canadian Chamber of Commerce (Cancham);
– Participate and represent the company at international events, annual international exhibitions on information technology, digital transformation in Vietnam to find new potential customers;
