Director, Functional Development

Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:As the Director, Functional Development, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of functional capability programming for Arc’teryx’s non-Retail functions, with a primary focus on Arc’One and the design and enablement of functional academies across Design, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Marketing and related corporate functions. This role is a key execution and integration layer within the Global Talent ecosystem.
